About me
Bobby Asher has been teaching at GDS for over three decades. In addition to teaching, before taking on his current role, he has served as a coach, college counselor, grade dean, and Dean of Students. Since being asked to present at the very first Summit, Bobby has become passionate about consent education, especially when it comes to the neuroscience of trauma and recovery. Over the years, he has presented at a number of schools in the DC area. A father of three twenty-something daughters, he loves playing basketball and reading about the brain. A devoted dog-lover, he's also an avid supporter of a reality television.
