Music that Creates Boundaries Within You

In this workshop, we’ll explore the healing power of music and how it can create a safe, supportive space for personal growth and connection. Through listening, discussion, and shared experiences, we’ll delve into why certain songs resonate with us on a deep level and how music can reveal our emotions, memories, and identities. Together, we’ll reflect on the profound role of music in fostering empathy, understanding, and trust within a community, allowing us to express ourselves more fully and connect with our peers meaningfully. By sharing our favorite songs and the stories behind them, we’ll build a space of mutual respect and openness where music becomes a bridge to greater self-awareness and deeper relationships.
