In a world where strength is often linked to emotional restraint, many find themselves falling into a cycle of emotional suppression. This presentation, "But I’m OK: Understanding Emotional Suppression," is designed to guide participants toward a healthier relationship with their emotions by exploring the roots, impacts, and ways to release suppressed feelings. Through interactive discussion, self-reflection, and practical tools, participants will learn how embracing the full spectrum of their emotions can enhance well-being and authenticity.
