About me
Brinn’s passion for supporting young people is born from personal experience. She grew up in a privileged loving family and yet, there was often physical, emotional and sexual abuse at home too. Brinn’s inner world suffered as she struggled with eating disorders, self-harm, emotional dysregulation and addiction. During her talk, she shares about being 18 years old and walking into therapy for the first time. That first step led her to where she is today as a dynamic and engaging speaker, educator, writer, licensed psychotherapist and wholistic coach. Her relatable speaking style resonates with diverse audiences, from students to professionals, making her a sought-after speaker and facilitator for mental health keynotes and personal development workshops.
